Established in 2001, Huizhou Yinghua Electronic Co.,LTD is a professional manufacturer and solution provider for power supply products, with main products AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator ) ranging from 500VA to 400KVA, solar inverters and UPS ranging from 500VA to 10KVA, voltage converters and customized transformers, MPPT solar charger controllers, all with independent core technology under the brand name “Powerhero”.

With more than 23 years of skillful experience in power supply industry, occupying over 30,000 ㎡, and a complete production chain, three manufacturing bases, 400 well-trained workers, we produce 90,000 units monthly. All our materials and components must be passed with strict IQC inspections. All our products must be done 100% online testing, under loading and burn-in testing to ensure quality.

Powerhero has been a pioneer in technology. In 2005, we explored key technology in aluminium transformers and became the first aluminium transformers supplier, leading genuine innovation in the technology of power supply industry.

In the Automatic Voltage Regulator field, we developed our own high-performance MCU controlled circuits and zero-cross switching programs, which guarantee our stabilizers least spark and longest lifespan. We developed both Relay Type AVR and Servo Motor Type  AVR (including single phase and three phase ) to meet different demands.

In the inverter/UPS/solar inverter field, we are the first to invent toroidal inverters, which have outstanding advantages such as low idle current, low electromagnetic interference , long back-up time, high efficiency, along with unique C.R.G.O. toroidal transformers. All are equipped with 32-bit MCU for accurate calculation, control and detection, which guarantee our inverters quickest response and safest performance. 

All core technologies are developed by our own R&D team, making us one of the few factories which hold the key technology. We have obtained registered patents for our products.

Under the guidance of strong R&D team, we’re able to produce exceptionally reliable products with the help of skillful dedicated employees, a comprehensive quality system, and advanced equipments such as the newest SMT production line, wave (flow) soldering, laser cutting machines, laser welding machines, CNC bending machines, CNC injection molding machine, burning-in testing line and so on.
